Objective Tracking (The ‘Why’ + The ‘What’)
Why we measure: Pain is subjective and can fluctuate. Objective measures help us track the recovery system even when symptoms lag, so the plan stays clear and motivated.
What we measure:
- HRV (RMSSD) – a nervous system recovery score
- hs-CRP – a marker associated with low-grade inflammation
- Fasting insulin (and optionally glucose) – a marker associated with metabolic stress
- Ferritin – an additional inflammatory/oxidative load marker
- Spinal Structure – important information for mechanical diagnosis- Xray and/ or MRI
What to Expect
Day 1
- Exam and X-rays as needed
- Begin care to reduce pain and restore function
- Baseline THRIVE measures – full health history and nervous system testing
- Labs are ordered on Day 1 (results return in a few days)
Day 2
- Review findings and map out your THRIVE plan
- Start the THRIVE habit plan (simple, realistic steps)
When labs return
- We review results together and fine-tune your plan
- Re-test at 8–12 weeks to document progress

Do I have to do labs?
Labs are recommended because they help us track inflammation and metabolic stress, but we’ll discuss what’s best for you.
How long is the program?
Most THRIVE plans run 8–12 weeks depending on goals and complexity.
Will I still get hands-on care?
Yes in general Thrive is a combination of hands on treatment and physiological treatments. THRIVE layers recovery strategies on top of your clinical plan.
Can THRIVE be done without rehab care?
In some cases, yes—especially for stress, sleep, recovery, and inflammation goals. We’ll guide you.
Is this covered by insurance?
Coverage varies. We’ll review options during your consult.
