On your first appointment Dr. Casselman will begin the process of relieving your pain. You will fill out a health history form which will inlcude a history of your main complaint. Dr. Casselman will then talk with you about your condition and ask any pertinent questions. A focused physical exam will be performed by the doctor which may include neurological and orthopedic testing depending on the condition. Following your exam any appropriate X-rays will be taken.
After Dr. Casselman has collected enough information about your condition he will either begin treatment immediately or the next day. Either way, a second appointment will be made for the next day where a one on one report will be given about your x-rays, exam results and your personalized recommended treatment plan.
